Ground Zero Gym is collecting genuine member feedback to improve our services and overall training experience.

During the promotional period, eligible participants who submit a genuine Google review will be entered into a random prize draw to win 2 weeks of free membership.

Submission of a review does not increase the chance of winning based on rating or sentiment. All genuine reviews are treated equally.

1. Submit a genuine Google review for Ground Zero Gym between 01/03/2026 and 31/03/2026
2. Use your real name so membership can be verified
3. Eligible reviews submitted during the promotional period will be automatically included in the random draw

No purchase or payment is required to enter.

Reviews must:

• Be based on your genuine experience at Ground Zero Gym
• Not be false, misleading or deceptive
• Not contain defamatory, offensive or unlawful content
• Comply with Google’s review policies

Positive, neutral and negative reviews are equally eligible and have no impact on the outcome of the draw.

Promotion period: 01/03/2026 to 31/03/2026

Eligibility: Open to current and former members aged 18 years or over. Members under 18 may have a parent or legal guardian submit a review on their behalf

Entry limit: One entry per person. If a review includes a photo relevant to the entrant’s genuine experience, one additional bonus entry will be granted

Entry method: Submit a genuine Google review during the promotional period that complies with the above requirements

Winner selection: One winner will be selected by random electronic draw on 02/04/2026

Prize: Two weeks of free membership. The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged or banked. The value of the prize will be applied as a credit to the winner’s next scheduled membership payment cycle. If the winner does not have an active membership at the time of the draw, the credit must be activated within 30 days, or it will be forfeited

Notification: The winner will be contacted via the details reasonably available within 3 business days of the draw
