Classes

Our classes cover more than just learning techniques. Guerkan and Maverick have teamed up to form a “better than you are” approach towards Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), NoGi (Submission Grappling practised without the Gi) and Strength & Conditioning. Each individual’s personal growth and development will take precedence, with support from everyone who is part of the Ground Zero Gym family.
