How much are the private sessions?

Pricing varies depending on the coach and session duration.

Once you submit your enquiry, we’ll confirm the investment based on your request.

As a guide, expect a minimum of $50 for 30 minutes.

    Who are private sessions for?

Anyone who wants to improve faster. Beginners build strong foundations early, while experienced athletes refine technique, fix gaps, and sharpen strategy.

Parent and child sessions are also available.

What’s the difference from regular classes?

Regular classes are structured for groups. Private sessions are built for you. More reps, more detail, and direct coaching without distractions.

What can I work on and will it actually help?

You can work on anything. Technique, timing, strategy, specific positions, or fight preparation.

Private sessions help improve progression. With direct feedback and immediate corrections, most people see noticeable improvement after just a few sessions.

Can I book with a friend? (Group Booking)

Yes. Grappling sessions can include small groups (up to 4) at the same rate, making it a good option to split the cost.

Can I request a female coach?

Yes, women can request a female coach. When filling out the form under “What do you want to work on?”, only women can indicate if they’d like a female coach for their private session. We’ll always try our best to accommodate this request, though availability may be limited.

How often should I book a private session?

This is entirely up to you. Even one session can make a noticeable difference. Some people choose regular sessions to build consistency and reinforce habits, while others book only when they want focused guidance on a specific goal.

What should I wear for training?
