New Timetable Alert!

We’ve made some exciting updates to bring you even more starting 06/01/2023. Whether you’re stepping on the mats for the first time or looking to refine your skills, there’s something here for everyone.

New Additions Include:

Private Training on Saturdays: Private sessions from 6 AM, available by some of our coaches.
Conditioning Classes for Muay Thai: Build fitness, sharpen fundamentals, and strengthen your body to handle sparring and clinching.
Muay Thai Fighter Sessions: Now held in the evenings for better accessibility.
Extended Muay Thai Sparring on Friday: Sparring sessions now run until 7 PM on Friday nights.

More BJJ & NoGi Fundamental Classes: We now offer them at 6 PM on Monday and Friday.
Advanced Leglock Classes: For coloured ranks only, focusing on in-depth leglock and complex techniques.
Women-Only BJJ and NoGi Classes: These classes are not fixed on the timetable and are organised independently based on demand and availability.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book a class before I come?

Yes. You will need to book classes if you are on a 2 or 3-Class Pass or an Unlimited Single Style membership. If you are on the Unlimited membership or just visiting, drop by and we’ll be happy for you to join any of our classes.

 

Please Note: If this is your first time with us, you MUST sign the Waiver Form when you arrive and before joining any class.

What equipment do I need?

For Muay Thai we recommend that you get these essentials:
• Mouth Guard
• Boxing Gloves
• Shin Pads
• Hand Wraps

 

For Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu we recommend that you have
• Mouth Guard
• Gi/Kimono
• BJJ Belt representing your rank

 

For NoGi Grappling, we recommend that you have
• Mouth Guard
• Clothing that has NO pockets, zippers or buttons

What should I wear for training?

We ask that you wear comfortable and breathable clothing for contact activities.

 

DO NOT wear clothing that has:
• Zippers
• Pockets
• Buttons
• Bras with underwires

 

We highly recommend you remove jewellery and piercings to avoid injuries to yourself and others.

Shoes MUST be worn at all times off the mats. Failure to comply will result in no training for the day.

What do I need to bring?

For ALL classes students must have the following:
• Mouth Guard
• Water Bottle
• Towel
• Shoes (Shoes MUST be worn at all times off the mats. Failure to comply will result in no training for the day.)

 

For Muay Thai you will need to bring your own:
• Hand Wraps
• Gloves
• Shin Pads

 

For Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu you will need to bring your own:
• Gi/Kimono
• Belt representing your rank

 

Please Note: If you are a new member and are under the One-Week FREE Trial, you will be exempt from supplying your own equipment. After your One-Week FREE Trial, you must have your own equipment.

Do you have kids classes?

Yes. We have various classes for Kids and Teens throughout the week for Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and NoGi.

Do you have women-only classes?

Yes. We offer women-only classes for Muay Thai, BJJ, and NoGi.

Please note: The women-only BJJ and NoGi classes are not listed on the timetable, as they are organised independently based on demand and scheduling.

What type of memberships do you have?

Memberships we offer are:
• Unlimited (on-going),
• 2 or 3-Class Passes,
• Casual Classes (pay-as-you-go),
• One Week Trial and;
• One Week FREE Trial – For under 18 yr olds only

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. Our discounts are available for emergency workers. You can find them on our Membership page.

Is there parking available?

Yes. We have limited off-street parking and there is an ample amount of street parking available.

Do you have showers?

Yes, we do!

We offer shower facilities with a maximum usage limit of 5 minutes per person. Soap is provided; personal soap is prohibited. Glassware and shaving are not allowed. Please dry off before exiting the shower stall and ensure you clean up after yourself.
